1934 DODGE DR SEDAN SIX WHEEL EQUIPPED CLASSIC in GILBERTON, Queensland for sale
This rare 1934 6 wheel equipped Dodge Sedan has been restored as close as possible to original with leather trim and upholstery, It is mechanically sound and is extremely reliable. Paintwork is excellent and was re done about 12 months ago.There is no known problems with the vehicle as it just "just keeps on going" The mileage reading is 45,461 miles, and we are the third owner. It was originally owned by a doctors wife, and restored by a mechanical engineer,(now deceased), we have been the proud owners since 2006. Several slight modifications have been made for the sake of safety, and easier usage. It has been converted to 12volt, and has an electric fan and fuel pump both as an emergency secondary backup. It is registered in Queensland under concessional registration scheme, and therefore is technically unregistered as this type of registration is not transferrable. It has personalised plates Num DOJ 34 which may or may not be included in the sale, as it depends wether the new buyer wishes to negotiate the plates. The vehicle has 6 white wall tyres, (Coker Brand), which are not that old approx 2 years. It has a new starter motor, (12 Volt), and charges with an alternator, along with a new tailshaft and universal joints. There is some small spare parts such as, distributer cap, points, new spark plugs water pump, wheel bearings,spare tubes. It is with deepest regret that our vehicle is being sold, (It is called old age I think). Our Dodge named "Dorothy" is certainly an eye catching vehicle and has won many prizes.
